Wine Shop Review: "A classic blend of Shiraz and Grenache, with the raspberries, blackcurrant, lliquorice and spice characteristics of the Shiraz complementing the upfront cherry and cola flavors of the Grenache. The balanced wine offers earthy tones, strawberry aromas and vibrant acidity."
My Review: This was a change of pace from the previous two white wines, having a strong jammy scent with hints of blackberry and light raspberry. It tasted as it smelled, and was bone dry, dark and jammy.
I had this wine alone without food, but would like to pair it with something that would ease its tannic elements.
